iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Spent Pro › Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Your history and export stay open.
On the Pro screen tap "Restore Purchases". You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account.
You can use everything for one day from install. After that, history, Analysis and export stay open; new recording and goals need Pro. You can always edit, delete and stop sessions.
Time is measured from the start time, so nothing is lost. Tap the session in the timeline to edit its end.
